Dashboard View

The dashboard provides you with an overview of all your Product Finders and their performance.

There are:

1. Upper Menu

From the upper menu you can:

  • Move to the Library: save and manage the images and fonts used in the Product Finders

  • Go to A/B Tests: There you can select several similar Product Finders and create an A/B Test to identify the best performing version

2. Product Finder Details

Here is what you can see (from left to right)

  • Name of the Product Finder and the name editing icon: Click the icon to change the name of the Product Finder

    • If the icon is orange, the test is active or scheduled: such a test cannot be deleted

  • If the icon is orange, the test is active or scheduled: such a test cannot be deleted

    • Published: Published Product Finders can be integrated to retails sites

    • Draft: If the Product Finder has never been published, it is a Draft. If you've changed a published Product Finder and haven't published the changes, the status will be changed to "Draft". The older published version will still be used where integrated.

  • Published: Published Product Finders can be integrated to retails sites

  • Draft: If the Product Finder has never been published, it is a Draft. If you've changed a published Product Finder and haven't published the changes, the status will be changed to "Draft". The older published version will still be used where integrated.

  • Product Finder 360 starts: The number of times this Product Finder has been accessed by your customers who have performed at least one step of it (used in the Overview Reports and Sales Reports).

  • Revenue generated: Total sum of all direct and indirect sales (if Success Tracking has been set up)

  • If the Product Finder has been published for different countries and/or in different languages (there are several localizations), a purse will be displayed instead of the revenue value. Click the purse icon to see the revenue for each localization.

3. Action Buttons

3.1 Go to Edit, Reports and Preview Pages

By each of the rows, there is a set of Actions Buttons.

  • 1 - "Edit": Get to the Product Finder Editor. The Product Finder editor will appear. You can edit the Product Finder.

  • 2 - "Reports": See the Overview Reports and (if enabled) Sales Reports of your Product Finder.

  • 3 - "Preview": Preview your Product Finder. If the current version is different from the last published version, there will appear a menu, from which you can select the version to preview.

3.2 Duplicate and Delete 

Click the three-dotted menu icon (4 in the image above) on the right to access the action items and duplicate or delete the Product Finder. 

 

3.3 Maximize Localized Details

Click the arrow down to maximize the information for all localizations of the specific Product Finder.
